Specialist consults
GMC specialist runs telemedicine consultation and authors a Shared Care Agreement (SCA) with GREEN/AMBER/RED limits.

Pharmacist Independent Prescriber writes repeats strictly within the SCA. Out-of-limit writes auto-escalate to the specialist.
Pharmacy dispenses
