This Cookie Policy explains how the cannexis.org website and the ClinicalFlow platform use cookies and similar technologies. Read it alongside our Privacy & Data Protection Policy.
2. What cookies are
Cookies are small text files placed on your device when you visit a website. They let a site work, remember your choices, keep you signed in securely, and — where you allow it — help us understand how the site is used. Similar technologies (such as local storage and pixels) work in comparable ways.
3. Our approach
We use as few cookies as possible. Strictly necessary cookies are always on, because the site cannot work without them. Non-essential cookies (such as analytics) are only set with your consent, which you give through our cookie banner and can change at any time. We do not use advertising or cross-site tracking cookies.

5. Platform (signed-in) cookies
When you are signed in to the ClinicalFlow platform at app.cannexis.org, we use strictly-necessary cookies to keep your session secure (for example a host-prefixed session cookie and anti-forgery token). These are essential to providing the service and protecting your account, and are not used for tracking.
6. Managing your cookies
- Our banner. When you first visit, you can accept or reject non-essential cookies, and change your choice later via the “Cookie settings” link in the website footer.
- Your browser. You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings. Blocking strictly-necessary cookies may stop parts of the site working.
7. Changes
We may update this policy as our use of cookies changes. The version on the Website is the one in force.
