Website & platform

1. Our commitment

Cannexis Biopharma Ltd is committed to making the cannexis.org website and the ClinicalFlow platform accessible to as many people as possible, including people who use assistive technology. We are building to the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 level AA standard.

2. Current status

The ClinicalFlow platform is built to the WCAG 2.1 AA standard, with accessibility designed in. We have not yet completed an independent accessibility audit, so we describe the platform as built to WCAG 2.1 AA rather than claiming full, independently-verified conformance. This statement will be updated with the conformance status, the audit date, and any known issues and remediation timelines once that independent testing is complete. Last reviewed: 29 June 2026. Last tested: independent accessibility audit not yet completed.

3. What we aim to provide

• Text that resizes and reflows, with sufficient colour contrast;
• Keyboard navigation and visible focus, and support for screen readers;
• Clear, plain-language content — especially in patient-facing areas;
• Forms with accessible labels and error messages.

4. Getting information in an accessible format

If you need information from us in a different format (for example large print, easy-read, or a different file type), contact us and we will do our best to help: accessibility@cannexis.org.

5. Reporting accessibility problems

If you find an accessibility barrier, please tell us at the address above with a description of the problem and the page or screen involved. We aim to respond within 5 working days.

6. Enforcement

We are not a public sector body, but we voluntarily align with the public sector accessibility standard because we serve health and care users. If you are not satisfied with how we respond to your accessibility concern, you can contact the Equality Advisory and Support Service (EASS).
