1. About these terms

These Terms of Use govern your access to and use of the cannexis.org website (the “Website”). By accessing or using the Website you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Website.

2. Who we are

The Website is operated by Cannexis Biopharma Ltd (“Cannexis”, “we”, “us”), a company registered in England & Wales (company number 16387680). Cannexis is a technology platform company. We build and operate ClinicalFlow, a multi-tenant clinical-management platform used by independent specialist clinics and pharmacies. Cannexis is not a clinic, pharmacy or prescriber. We do not provide clinical care, do not prescribe, do not dispense, and do not hold any cannabis or controlled-drug licence or handle any product.

3. What this website is — and is not

The Website provides general information about Cannexis, the ClinicalFlow platform and our services to clinics, pharmacies and partners. It is an information and corporate website. It is not the platform itself, it is not a portal for patient care, and nothing on it constitutes an offer of clinical treatment.

4. The ClinicalFlow platform is governed by separate agreements

Access to and use of the ClinicalFlow platform at app.cannexis.org is not governed by these Website Terms of Use. Platform use is governed by separate agreements, including the tenant Master Services Agreement / Data Processing Agreement entered into by each clinic or pharmacy organisation, and the patient terms and privacy notice presented within the platform. Where there is any conflict, those platform agreements prevail for platform use.

5. No medical advice

⚠️ Nothing on this Website is medical advice, diagnosis or treatment, and it must not be relied on as such. Cannabis-based products for medicinal use are prescription-only medicines. Any decision about treatment is a clinical matter for an appropriately registered prescriber at a regulated clinic. If you have a medical concern, consult a qualified healthcare professional. In an emergency, call 999.

6. Using this website

You agree to use the Website lawfully and not to: - use it in any way that breaches any applicable law or regulation, or is fraudulent or harmful; - attempt to gain unauthorised access to the Website, its server, or any connected system or database; - introduce malware, or launch any denial-of-service or automated scraping attack; - copy, reproduce, republish or exploit Website content except as permitted in section 7.

7. Intellectual property

All intellectual property rights in the Website and its content — including text, graphics, logos, the Cannexis and ClinicalFlow names and brand, and the design — are owned by or licensed to Cannexis. You may view and print extracts for your own non-commercial reference. You may not otherwise use, copy or adapt any content without our prior written permission.

8. Information accuracy & availability

We take care to keep Website information accurate and current, but we give no warranty that it is complete, accurate or up to date, and it may change without notice. We do not guarantee that the Website will be available uninterrupted or error-free, and we may suspend, withdraw or restrict it (in whole or part) for operational reasons.

9. Third-party links

The Website may link to third-party sites (for example NHS resources). Those links are provided for convenience only; we do not control and are not responsible for their content.

10. Limitation of liability

Nothing in these terms excludes or limits our liability where it would be unlawful to do so — including liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for fraud.

Subject to that, we are not liable for any loss or damage arising from your use of, or inability to use, the Website, or from reliance on its content; and we exclude liability for any indirect or consequential loss, loss of profit, or loss of data, to the fullest extent permitted by law.

Our handling of personal data is described in our Privacy & Data Protection Policy, and our use of cookies in our Cookie Policy. Please read those documents; by using the Website you acknowledge them.

12. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. The version in force is the one published on the Website at the time you access it. Material changes will be dated and, where appropriate, highlighted.

13. Governing law & jurisdiction

These terms, and any dispute arising from them or from your use of the Website, are governed by the law of England & Wales, and are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England & Wales.
