The UK medical cannabis sector has been held back by fragmented tools, weak audit trails and unclear clinical responsibility. ClinicalFlow exists to fix that. We connect CQC-registered clinics, GMC specialists, Pharmacist Independent Prescribers, dispensing pharmacies and patients on one platform — with the Shared Care Agreement as the safety component at its heart.
We're a technology company, not a clinic. Our customers hold the clinical licences; our responsibility is to give them a system that stands up in front of GMC, CQC, the GPhC and the ICO. Every architectural decision is published as an ADR, every clinical write is audited, and every commercial admin is blocked from clinical data at the data layer.

How we build
Four non-negotiable principles. Each one enforced in code, not just docs.
Multi-tenant from day one
Every record carries a tenant_id. Data isolation between clinics is enforced at the data layer, not in policy.
Clinical block at the data layer
Commercial platform admins physically cannot read clinical records — ADR-0002 enforces this in code.
Wet-ink first, digital ready
Schedule 2 CDs need wet-ink FP10PCDs today. A SignatureProvider abstraction lets us switch when MHRA enables digital.
Modular monolith
Twelve internal modules with one-way dependencies enforced in ESLint. One deployable app — no microservice tax.
